All items leave our warehouse within 1 business day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) once payment is received.

Q: What payments do you take?

We are currently using Ebay's Payment Program. Ebay handles all customer payment information. We do not see any of this information. Paypal should be added to this program soon. This payment program is similar to Amazon's Payment program allowing for more customer reach.
Some states may require a tax be charged at the time of checkout, this is eBay automated.
Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

If you need to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund within 30 days from the day it was delivered to your door. Item must be returned in condition received (Tags & Packaging). A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% MAY BE CHARGED FOR RETURNS THAT ARE NOT OF FAULT OF THE SELLER OR ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION.
Return Process:
1. Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal.
2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
3. Select the reason for the return. Describe with detail the reason for return.
If a return is due to our error, we pay the return shipping, and a FULL refund for the order is issued.
If the item is returned in a condition other than when it left our warehouse, the cosmetic/functional damages are paid for by the buyer.
Cancelling Your Order:
Your order is important to us and will be processed immediately. If you happen to change your mind after payment is confirmed, our team will do our best to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
