    Description

    New Bearing Retainer (Spanner) Wrench for boat drives.
    New stronger design.  We doubled the thickness where the ratchet fits as the ones that are not double thick will spin out from being torqued down.  We know as we use to sell the thinner ones and had problems.
    Real full length tool so you can torque to proper manual torque specs.
    Used to remove and install driveshaft housing (upper) bearing retainer nut (By U joint shaft) on  #1 (1982 and earlier), R, MR, Alpha Gen 1 (1983 -1990), Alpha Generation ll (all), MC1, and all Bravo and Blackhawk units.
    Replaces Mercruiser 91-17256, 91-36235, GLM 90100.
    Comes with
    Reinforced
    1/2" drive square for torque wrench or breaker bar.
    This has a nice black Oxide finish on it to prevent rust and corrosion. Unlike other Ebay seller's steel ones that will rust.
    This is a great tool to have in the garge or shop.
