    Description

CANTEEN 1 cent cast iron bulk vending machine
This machine is a private labeled machine for the Canteen Corp
made by Northwestern Corp circa 1933. It is a variation of the 33 Jr.
This is a restored machine. The paint scheme is a yellow lid and base
while the baseplate and hold-down ring are black.
It looks like the nuts on
the center rod are new. The decal is new and the glass globe is possibly new.
I say this because the top and bottom edges of the globe are smooth with no
grinding marks. This being the only 33 Jr I have, I have nothing to compare it to.
I will pack the globe in a separate box to ensure safe delivery
The rest of the machine seems to be original with the cast iron base, baseplate,
hold-down ring, and lid. The vending mechanism is aluminum and very clean with
no pitting like you see in a lot of the salted peanut machines. The machine weighs
in at about 7 pounds. It's 15 1/4 inches tall and the base is 5 1/4 inches wide.
The vending mechanism works smoothly on a penny.
I'm happy to answer any questions and take additional pictures.
