1/48 Wooden Desk Top Display Model Airplane Nice. No manufacturers markings , brand unknown. The plane Produced in 1934, L-10 Electra was the first all-metal, twin-engine transport monoplane developed by the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation. Amelia Earhart flew a modified L-10E NR 16020 on an attempt to make a circumnavigation flight in 1937. During that flight, Earhart disappeared. Would be Near mint but has a few issues: Round radar on top broken off / tip of straight antenna broken off. Oddly this plane has Three blade props as found, I believe should be Two-Blade Props (as shown in close-ups) Otherwise a real beauty MISSING BASE. MEASURES : 9 3/4 " Fuselage X 13 3/4" WINGSPAN . CHECK PICTURES FOR ACTUAL CONDITION OR ASK !! I have no other knowledge about this item so please ask questions and check pictures closely!!
